Our Gracie Fundamentals will teach Jiu-Jitsu basics, from learning how to fall, to clinching, takedowns and successfully setting up/applying submission holds as well as various escapes from these holds. These are solid foundations for the next levels of learning where one continues to train with more experienced students. Attempting to submit training partners as they resist and counter act with their own moves is as real as it gets!
